摘要 目的分析1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法收集患者发病就诊的临床资料、实验室检查结果及暴露史等,运用流行病学调查方法进行分析。结果该例患者H7N9病毒核酸检测阳性,密切接触者及强化监测结果均为阴性。结论该例人感染H7N9禽流感病例系本地感染,感染来源与活禽接触史高度相关,通过对密切接触者调查及强化监测,暂无证据证明人传人。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics in a case of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods Clinical data, laboratory examination results and exposure history of the patient at seizure and hospital visit were collected and analyzed by epidemiological investigation methods. Results H7N9 avian influenza virus in the patient was positive by nucleic acid test, and the results of close contacts and intensive monitoring were negative. Conclusions The patient of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza is a local infected case, and the source of infection is highly related to the contact history of live birds. Through close contacts investigation and intensive monitoring, there is no evidence to prove a human transmission.
