胆碱磷钨酸盐的制备及其催化氧化脱硫性能 被引量:2

摘要 以胆碱(Ch)和磷钨酸(TPA)为原料合成胆碱磷钨酸盐(Ch_x-TPA,x=1,2,3),并采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。以Ch_x-TPA为催化剂、H_2O_2为氧化剂和乙腈为萃取剂脱除模拟油中苯并噻吩类硫化物,考察了Chx-TPA催化剂的脱硫活性,以及用量、反应温度、H_2O_2和乙腈用量对Ch_2-TPA催化脱硫的影响。结果表明,在适宜条件下,Ch_2-TPA对模拟油中二苯并噻吩的脱除率可达99.7%,对不同硫化物的脱硫率由大到小的顺序为二苯并噻吩、4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩、苯并噻吩。循环实验表明,Ch_2-TPA循环使用5次后仍保持较高的脱硫活性。 Choline phosphotungstic acid salts(Ch_x-TPA,x =1,2,3)were synthesized using choline(Ch)and phosphotungstic acid(TPA)as raw materials.The structure and morphology of Ch_x-TPA were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Removal of benzothiophenes from model oil was further explored under the conditions with Ch_x-TPA as catalyst,H_2O_2 as oxidant,and acetonitrile as extractant.The effects of major parameters on sulfur removal were investigated,including the type of catalyst,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,and the amount of H_2O_2 and acetonitrile.Under the optimal conditions,the removal of dibenzothiophene reaches 99.7%.Additionally,the desulfurization rate of different substrates in the descending orders is dibenzothiophene,4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene,benzothiophene.Ch_2-TPA was recycled for five times and its catalytic activity still remained relatively high.
