摘要
某电厂水冷壁管发生爆漏,对爆漏管进行了宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相分析等技术分析。结果表明,管子爆漏是由于氢损伤导致的脆性开裂。分析与探讨了造成氢损伤的原因。
Bursting failure occurred on waterwall tubes in a power plant.Macroscopic inspection,chemical analysis,mechanical property testing and metallurgical analysis were adopted to examine the failed tube.The results indicated that the tube rupture was resulted from brittle fracture caused by hydrogen damage.The causes of hydrogen damage were analyzed and discussed.
