摘要
目的:比较球面和非球面人工晶状体(IOL)植入术后患者的视觉质量。方法:选取老年性白内障患者36例(72眼)作为观察对象,根据植入的IOL不同将其分为620H组(球面IOL)和970C组(非球面IOL)。比较两组角膜Q值和IOL偏心值;术后6个月瞳孔6 mm的高阶像差、敏感度(CS)、眩光敏感度(GS)和高阶像差包括四阶球差(Z40)、四阶球差均方根(RMS4)、高阶像差均方根(RMSh)和四阶彗差(Z7、Z8)。结果:970C组Z40、RMS4、RMSh均明显低于620H组,在6.3°、4.0°视角的CS及GS均明显大于620H,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组角膜Q值和IOL偏心值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非球面IOL植入术后的视觉质量优于球面IOL植入术。
Objective: To compare visual quality after implantation of spherical and aspherical intraocular lenses( IOL).Methods: 36 elderly patients with cataract( 72 eyes) were selected as research objects and divided into 620 H group( spherical IOL)and 970 C group( aspherical IOL) according to the difference of the implanted IOL. The cornea Q values and IOL eccentric values of the two groups were compared. Further,the higher-order aberrations( at 6 mm pupil diameter),contrast sensitivity( CS),glare sensitivity( GS),and higher-order aberrations including spherical aberration( Z40),spherical aberration root mean square( MS4),highorder aberration root mean square( RMSh) and coma aberrations( Z7 and Z8) of the two groups were compared. Results: The Z40,RMS and RMSh in the 970 C group were significantly lower than those in the 620 H group,the CS and GS of 6.3° and 4.0°visual angles were significantly higher than those in the 620 H group,and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Further,there were no statistical differences in the cornea Q value and IOL eccentric value between the two groups( P> 0.05). Conclusions: The visual quality after implantation of aspherical IOL is better than that after implantation of spherical IOL.
