On China's Foreign Aid to Cambodia under the Belt and Road Strategy

经过半个多世纪发展演变,对外援助成为援助国主张和维护本国政治、经济和安全等利益,改善其所处国际环境及提高国际影响力,甚至是维护世界和平与稳定的重要工具。该文通过梳理中华人民共和国对于柬埔寨的援助历史,展示中国对于柬埔寨实施援助的现况,剖析如今中方对柬援助工作中所出现的问题,就"一带一路"倡议背景下对外援助工作风险及完善措施问题进行探讨。

After more than half a century of development,foreign aid has become an important tool for donors to advocate and safeguard their own political,economic and security interests,improve their international environment and enhance their international influence,and even safeguard world peace and stability. This article shows the current situation of China' s aid to Cambodia by collating the PRC' s aid history to Cambodia and analyzes the problems during the process of China' s aid to Cambodia and explores foreign aid risks and the corresponding improving measures under the background of the "One Belt and One Road Initiative".
