摘要
从解析《悉尼协议》的基本要素及要求出发,详细归纳英国BTEC HND人才培养的框架、特点和运作模式,比较分析英国BTEC HND人才培养模式与《悉尼协议》,得出"以学生为中心""成果导向"和"持续改进"的核心思想的契合点,为高职院校的人才培养模式提供借鉴。
Based on the explanation of the basic elements and requirements of the Sydney Accord,the author summarized the framework and characteristics of British BTEC HND Business Specialty. It is concluded that"Student-centered education philosophy","outcomes-based education"and "continuous improvement"are the similar core ideas,which provide reference for the vocational colleges.
