广东省山区休闲农业与乡村旅游发展现状、存在问题及对策建议

Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Mountainous Areas of Guangdong

休闲农业和乡村旅游是一种创新的农业企业经营业态,需要政府部门制定发展的方向,统筹资源,办理人才培训等,提供相关的指导、奖励与惩戒措施,所以由政府部门制定管理的政策和法规就非常重要。该文考察了广东省山区休闲农业与乡村旅游发展的现状和取得的成绩,指出广东省山区发展休闲农业和乡村旅游存在的问题和制约因素,重点提出了加快广东省山区休闲农业与乡村旅游进一步发展的建议,如科学编制乡村旅游规划、加强乡村旅游基础设施建设、着力开发有特色的乡村旅游产品、加强乡村旅游教育的教育培训工作、加强乡村旅游宣传推广工作等等。

Leisure agriculture and rural tourism is a kind of innovative forms of enterprise management in agriculture,need the government departments to formulate the direction of development,resources as a whole,to deal with personnel training,etc.,provide relevant guidance,reward and punishment measures,so it is very important to be managed by government departments to formulate policies and regulations. This paper examines the mountain area of Guangdong province the current situation of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development and achievements,points out developing leisure agriculture and rural mountain area of Guangdong province tourism problems and restricting factors,speeding up the mountain area of Guangdong province and the suggestion to the further development of rural tourism,leisure agriculture,such as scientific establishment of rural tourism planning,strengthening the construction of infrastructure of rural tourism has distinguishing feature,focus on the development of rural tourism products,strengthen the education of rural tourism education training work,strengthening the rural tourism promotion work,and so on.
