The construction and operation of the teaching video surveillance system has a positive effect on improving classroom teaching quality in higher vocational education. This paper presents the system's contribution to the improvement of quality in the classroom teaching through an analysis of the construction and operation of the system at Guangdong Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Engineering. The perfection and function of the system are also discussed.
