摘要
为研究不同气候因子对枣树叶片与果实中内源激素含量的影响,选用3年生壶瓶枣树为材料,应用高效液相色谱法测定不同气候条件下枣树叶片与果实中内源激素IAA,ZT,GA3含量,分析气候变化过程中叶片与果实中内源激素的变化规律。结果表明,叶片中GA3,ZT含量雨天均大于阴天,阴天大于晴天,含量呈上升趋势,但IAA含量无明显变化;枣果中GA3含量无明显变化,ZT含量雨天比阴天、晴天分别高35.8%,41.7%,枣果中IAA含量在雨天时达到最大,比晴天升高65.9%。晴天与阴天叶片中IAA含量均高于果实,但雨天时果实中IAA含量反超于叶片,枣果中的IAA含量受气候影响变化显著。表明气候变化改变了枣树叶片与果实中内源激素的含量。
The different climate factors(sunny days,cloudy days and rainy days)on the contents of indoleacetic acid(IAA),zein(ZT)and gibberin(GA3)of jujube trees were studied.Huping jujube born three years was used as rawmaterial,the content of endogenous hormone was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results indicated that GA_3,ZT of jujube leaves in rainy days were greater than in cloudy days,cloudy days were greater than sunny days,the contents were on the rise,but IAA had not changed significantly.GA_3 of jujube fruits had no change,ZT in rainy days were 35.8%,41.7% higher than in cloudy days and sunny days,respectively,and the IAA in jujube fruits had maximum content in rainy days,which increased 65.9% than in sunny days.IAA in the leaves were higher than the fruit in sunny days and cloudy days.But when it rained,the IAA content in the fruits were more than the leaves,the IAA in fruits were significantly changed by climate.It indicated that climate change altered the content of endogenous hormones in the leaves and fruits of jujube trees.
