Effects of Combined Application of Biochar and Nitrogen Fertilizer on Photosynthetic Pigment and Protective Enzyme of Millet

摘要 探索生物质炭与氮肥配施对谷子光合色素和保护酶的影响,为谷子生产中生物质炭与氮肥合理配施提供理论依据。以晋谷21为研究对象,采用盆栽试验,研究生物质炭0(C0),2%(C1),4%(C2),氮肥0(N0),0.13(N1),0.26 g/kg(N2)配施对谷子拔节期叶片光合色素和保护酶的影响。结果表明,施用生物质炭显著增加了叶绿素含量,与C0N0处理相比,N2C2处理的叶绿素a、总叶绿素含量增幅最高,分别为40.4%,41.4%,N1C2处理的叶绿素b含量增幅高达56.6%。在生物质炭的不同水平下,随着氮肥施用量的增加,硝酸还原酶(NR)活性显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,N2C2处理与C0N0处理相比,NR增加了47.8%,MDA降低了142.0%。生物质炭与氮肥配施随着施用量的增加对SOD和POD的影响不显著,S0D活性呈下降趋势,对POD活性的影响具有一定的剂量效应。生物质炭与氮肥配施显著增加了叶绿素含量,增强了谷子抗逆性,能够提高氮肥利用率。 The effects of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer application on photosynthetic pigment and protective enzyme of foxtail millet were studied,the result could provide a evidence for proper ration of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer in millet production.Taking Jingu 21 as the studied material and using a pot experiment,the paper studied the effects of photosynthetic pigment and protective enzyme of combined application of biochar 0(C0),2%(C1),4%(C2),and nitrogen fertilizer 0 g/kg(N0),0.13 g/kg(N1),0.26 g/kg(N2)in leaves of millet at elongation stage.The results showed that the biochar significantly increased the chlorophyll content,moreover the growth rate of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll of N2C2 treatment increased by 40.4% and 41.4%,respectively,and the chlorophyll b content of NIC2 increased by 56.6%,as compared to the C0N0 treatment.Under the different level of biochar,with the increase of nitrogen application amount,NR activity increased significantly,and MDA content decreased significantly.Compared with C0N0 treatment,NR of N2C2 treatment increased by 47.8% compared with CONO treatment,and MDA decreased by 142%.The effects on SOD and POD were not significant,the activity of S0D decreased,and the effect on POD activity had a certain dose effect.The combined application of biomass carbon and nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the content of chlorophyll,enhanced the resistance of millet and increased the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer.
