新疆农民专业合作社模式、特征与发展对策

Model,Characteristics and Development Countermeasures of Farmers' Professional Cooperative in Xinjiang

采用文献法和实证分析相结合的方法,对新疆不同模式农民专业合作社的特征、存在问题与对策进行了研究。结果表明,自主模式农民专业合作社占新疆农民专业合作社总数的93.68%,这类合作社多采取土地、资金和大型农机具、生产等合作形式,主要开展农资购买、农机作业、产品销售等初级服务;联合模式农民专业合作社占新疆农民专业合作社总数的6.32%,这类合作社多采取资金合作形式,主要开展贮存保鲜、加工销售等服务。自主模式农民专业合作社应以产前、产中服务为主要内容,联合模式农民专业合作社应以产后服务为主要内容,结合不同模式合作社自身特点和优势,选择适合的经营内容、管理方式对合作社的发展非常重要。

With documentary method and empirical analysis,the essay attempts to analyze characteristics and major issues as well professional as countermeasures in farmers＇ professional cooperative under different models in Xinjiang.The result shows that farmers＇ professional cooperatives with autonomous mode takes a primary position in Xinjiang,which accounts for 93.68% of the total number of farmers＇ professional cooperatives.Such mode mainly conducts cooperation in terms of land,capital,large agricultural machinery,and production management method,focusing on primary services including agricultural material purchase,operation of agricultural machinery and product sales,etc.While the joint mode accounts for 6.32% of the total number,which mainly cooperates in capital funding,and focus on post-production service including storage and preservation,processing and sales,etc.Farmers＇ professional cooperatives with different mode shall choose suitable business scope and management method according to their own characteristics.The autonomous one shall focus on pre-production and production during the process,while the joint one shall focus on the post-production.
