摘要
充分发挥高校人力资本的作用是影响高等教育水平、增强高校核心竞争力的关键因素之一,是当前我国高等教育面临的重要课题。文章以激励理论为研究基础,通过建立并分析Stackelberg博弈模型研究教师进修激励对高校绩效的影响。研究发现,进修激励能够有效地提升高校绩效水平。然而只有当教师的努力效率明显高于学校提供进修机会的努力效率时,高校提供进修机会才能增加教师的支付。否则,高校可以采用学位津贴等形式作为进修激励的补充措施。
Giving full play to the role of university human capital is one of the factors in affecting higher education and enhancing universities' core competence,which is an important issue of higher education in China.The article is based on motivation theories,studying the influence of teacher's learning motivation on universities' performance through establishing and analyzing Stackelberg game pattern.The research shows that the learning incentives could boost universities' performance effectively.While as long as the teachers' efforts efficiency is apparently higher than efforts efficiency of universities' offering learning opportunities,the opportunities offered by universities can add the payment for teachers.Otherwise,universities may adopt patterns as degree grant as supplementary measures for learning incentives.
