摘要
产业升级不仅是我国经济发展的战略需要,也是企业获取竞争优势的关键,企业是否具有升级意愿至关重要,但大多数研究却忽视了企业家产业升级意愿的具体形成机制。文章尝试从企业家对产业升级的"认知"和"意愿"视角,在回顾相关文献的基础上,构建了企业家视角产业升级实现机制的理论模型。研究发现企业产业升级的行为可以通过两种途径实现:一是通过制定有效的产业政策,促进企业家产业升级认知改变,形成产业升级意愿,开展产业升级活动;二是制定有效的产业政策,改变企业市场环境,通过利益相关者行为促进企业家产业升级认知改变,形成产业升级意愿,开展产业升级活动。在实现途径中,企业家先验知识对外界环境推动产生重要的促进作用。研究基于实现机制提出了相关的对策建议。
Industrial upgrading is not only the strategic needs of our country's economic development,but also the key to gain competitive advantages.Whether an enterprise is willing to upgrade or not also becomes very important,but most of the researches have ignored how the willingness of entrepreneurial industry was formed.In order to reveal the concrete action mechanism in the process of the introduction of new management practices or methods,the paper attempts to establish a theoretical model of the realization mechanism of the entrepreneur's perspective on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature.We have proposed several industrial upgrading policy suggestions from the perspective of the change of the entrepreneur's cognitive perspective and the behavior of the stakeholders.
