摘要
三余度伺服阀前置级可能存在不一致性,从而对伺服阀的动静态特性产生影响.提出一种包含前置级液动力和滑阀的动态特性的三余度伺服阀完整数学模型,分析喷嘴-挡板参数不一致对整阀特性的影响.考虑的弹簧管刚度、力反馈杆刚度和弹簧管回转中心到喷嘴中心的垂直距离3个参数.仿真分析表明:参数偏差小于5%时,对伺服阀的动态性能影响较小,且伺服阀的动静态性能偏移与参数偏差呈线性关系.当参数偏差继续增大时,伺服阀性能加速改变,近似与参数偏差呈三次关系.
The prestage of triplex redundance servo valve may be inconsistent and thus it has impact on the static and dynamic characteristics of the servo valve.A complete mathematical model of the triplex redundance servo valve with the prestage fluid power and dynamic characteristics of slide valve is presented.The influence of nozzle-baffle parameter inconsistency on the whole valve characteristic is analyzed.The three parameters considered are the stiffness of the spring tube,the stiffness of the force feedback rod and the vertical distance from the center of the spring tube to the center of the nozzle.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the servo valve is less affected when the parameter deviation is less than 5%,and the dynamic and static performance of the servo valve has a linear relationship with the parameter deviation.When the parameter deviation continues to increase,the performance of the servo valve is accelerated,which verify approximately the triple relation with the parameter deviation.
