转EPSPS基因抗除草剂棉花在杂交制种中的应用初探

摘要 以转EPSPS基因抗除草剂棉花种质为父本,以不具有除草剂抗性的普通陆地棉种质为母本,实施不去雄直接授粉配置杂交组合,并继而对其F1代杂交种苗期进行除草剂筛选鉴定,据此探讨出一种简化制种方法。SSR分子标记检测结果表明,该方法可以得到100%纯度的杂交种。该方法进一步改良后可以结合营养钵育苗在棉花杂交制种中推广,在简化制种技术上有重要利用价值。 In this paper,a simplified method of cotton hybrid seed production was discussed. The EPSPS transgenic cotton with herbicide resistance was used as the male parent,and the normal upland cotton germplasm was used as the female parent to carry out cotton seed production through direct pollination without castration,and then the F1 hybrids with herbicide resistance were screened out at seedling stage. The SSR molecular marker detection results showed that the simplified seed production method could produce 100% pure hybrids. This method can be further improved and popularize in the hybrid seed production of cotton with the combination of seedling nursing with nutrient bowl,which will have important utilization value in simplified seed production technology.
