杂交纸袋对小麦杂交穗粒数和千粒重的影响

摘要 为解决小麦杂交穗籽粒瘪小问题,将66个小麦杂交组合剪颖后分别套牛皮纸袋和白色硫酸纸袋,比较两种纸袋对杂交穗穗粒数和千粒重的影响。结果表明,套两种纸袋的杂交穗穗粒数无显著差异;而套牛皮纸袋的杂交穗种子千粒重极显著高于套白色硫酸纸袋,66个组合平均提高33.00%。说明用牛皮纸袋替代传统的硫酸纸袋,可显著提高小麦杂交穗种子质量。 Wheat cross usually causes hollow kernels and small grains. In order to find a way to solve this problem,kraft paper bags and white sulfuric acid paper bags were used to cover the cutting glume spikes of 66 wheat cross combinations and study the effects of two kinds of paper bags on the grain number per spike and thousand kernel weight. As a result,no significant difference was found in the grain number per spike between two different treatments. However,the thousand kernel weight under covering kraft paper bag was extremely significantly higher than that under covering white sulfuric acid paper bag,which increased by 33. 00%averagely in 66 wheat hybrid combinations. It indicated that using kraft paper bag to replace the traditional white sulfuric acid paper bag would significantly increase the thousand kernel weight of wheat hybrid seeds.
