摘要 利用大田试验研究了不同氮素形态(硝态氮、铵态氮以及酰胺态氮)对胡萝卜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在施用有机肥基础上,追施硝态氮、铵态氮和酰胺态氮复混肥后,胡萝卜品质与不施氮肥对照比较均有所降低,其中总糖含量分别比对照降低2.9%、7.8%、0.9%;胡萝卜素含量分别降低4.6%、8.5%、1.6%;VC含量分别降低3.2%、6.4%、-0.7%;胡萝卜产量与对照比较都有所增长,其中施用酰胺态氮复混肥产量最高,平均666.7m^2产量为3 919.7 kg,比对照增产36.79%;经济效益增加843.28元。本试验条件下种植胡萝卜,酰胺态氮复混肥作为追肥可获得较高的产量和较好的品质。 The field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different forms of nitrogen( nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and amide nitrogen) on the yield and quality of carrot. The research showed that different nitrogen forms had significant effects on the yield and quality of carrot. The quality of carrot that respectively topdressing nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and amide nitrogen compound fertilizers on the basis of applying organic fertilizer all decreased compared with the control,among which,the total sugar content decreased by 2. 9%,7. 8%,0. 9%; the carotene content decreased by 4. 6%,8. 5%,1. 6%; the content of VC decreased by 3. 2%,6. 4%,-0. 7%. The carrot yield which respectively topdressing nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and amide nitrogen compound fertilizers increased compared with the control. It had the highest yield( 3 919. 7 kg per 666. 7 m2) when using amide nitrogen compound fertilizer,the output increased by 36. 79% and the economic benefit increased by 843. 28 yuan per 666. 7 m2. Under the conditions of this study,the higher yield and better quality of carrot could be obtained by topdressing amide nitrogen compound fertilizer on the basis of applying organic fertilizer.
