植物多酚对机体肠道酶活性影响的研究进展

Advances in Effects of Plant Polyphenols on Intestinal Enzyme Activities in Organism

植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内含有多个羟基的酚类植物成分的总称,不仅对人体具有预防疾病、改善健康的作用,而且在动物养殖中对预防疾病的发生也具有重要作用。植物多酚对人体、动物肠道酶活性的影响是目前研究的一个热点,本文主要从植物多酚对机体肠道内源酶和外源酶活性的影响及其作用机制方面进行了综述,以期为植物多酚的开发利用提供科学依据。

Plant polyphenols,a class of natural compounds containing multiple hydroxide radicals,are widely present in plants. Polyphenols not only prevent disease and regulate human health,but also play an important role on animal breeding. The study on the effects of plant polyphenols on intestinal enzyme activities in man and animals is the current hotspot. In this paper,the impacts and mechanisms of several common plant polyphenols on endogenous enzyme and exogenous enzyme activities in organism were reviewed to provide scientific bases for the development and utilization of plant polyphenols.
