Improved Ready-Mixed Concrete Quality Discussion and Analysis

预拌混凝土的质量提升对工程质量提升发挥着积极作用,现阶段对高性能混凝土需求日益突显。然而,部分预拌混凝土质量存在问题,相关责任单位质量把关不严,混凝土质量事故或缺陷时有发生。通过剖析预拌混凝土质量存在的问题,从监督管理和混凝土配制技术角度,提出预拌混凝土质量提升对策,以供同行借鉴和探讨。

The quality promotion of ready-mixed concrete has a positive effect on the improvement of construction quality;the demand for high performance concrete is becoming more and more prominent at the present stage. However,part of the premixed concrete quality exist some problems,the responsibility unit quality control is lax,concrete quality accidents or defects occurred occasionally. Through analyzed problems of ready-mixed concrete quality,from the angle of supervision and management and the concrete technology,ready-mixed concrete quality improvement countermeasures,in order to offer reference and discussion.
