微波法检测混凝土内部湿度的试验研究

摘要 为了验证微波法检测混凝土内部湿度分布的有效性与适用性,该研究设计制作了用于混凝土内部湿度测试的模型试件。在混凝土试件中采用内置海绵条的方法构造出湿度可控的内部湿度场,应用微波测试系统对其进行测试,同时结合对实际工程的试验检测,深入研究了微波法检测混凝土内部湿度的适用范围和影响因素。试验结果表明:微波法检测混凝土内部湿度是切实可行的,且具有较高的检测灵敏度和准确度,在其测试深度范围内能够有效地识别混凝土内部湿度的分布形态,较之当前其他无损检测方法更具优势。 In order to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the microwave method to test the internal moisture distribution of concrete structures,several model specimens for testing moisture in concrete were designed and manufactured in this research. An internal moisture field with controllable humidity was constructed by means of built-in sponge bars in concrete specimens,and a microwave testing system was used to test it,at the same time,the system was used to test the actual project. With these,the applicable range and influencing factors of microwave method for detecting internal moisture of concrete have been studied deeply. The test results showed that testing the internal moisture of concrete by microwave method is practicable,and has high test sensitivity and accuracy. It can effectively identify the distribution of internal moisture of concrete in the test range. Therefore,the microwave method is superior to other nondestructive methods.
