摘要
针对唐山中厚板材有限公司L245M管线钢落锤性能的影响因素展开研究,采用低碳、Mn-NbTi成分和铁素体+少量珠光体目标组织设计,并结合洁净钢生产工艺以及合理的加热、轧制、冷却工艺,所生产的L245M管线钢具有良好综合力学性能、较好的落锤性能、优异的低温韧性和止裂性能。
The article describes the study on the influencing factors of DWTT properties for L245M pipeline steel in Tangshan Medium and Heavy Plate Co. ,Ltd. In combination with processes of clean steel production , rational re-heating ,rolling and cooling,the produced L245M pipeline steel possesses good comprehensive mechanical properties, good DWTT properties , excellent low temperature toughness and crack arresting properties by designing low carbon, Mn - Nb - Ti composition and target microstructure of ferrite and less pearlite.
