摘要
针对中厚板轧后控冷系统精度不高而产生的板型问题,对控冷流量控制进行了优化,将流量标定的方法从每组喷头接水测试改为PLC控制自动标定。在使用过程采用前馈控制和PID共同调节流量,达到改善高精度流量控制的目的,为新产品的研发创造了必要的工艺条件。
For the flatness problem of medium plate due to low accuracy of controlled cooling system, the flow control of the system is optimized. The flow calibration method is changed from manual water test at the nozzles of each header to automatic calibration controlled by PLC. In the process of application,feedforward control and PID are jointly working for flow regulation in order to achieve the purpose of improving high accuracy flow control, which provides tech-nological conditions necessary for new product development.
