摘要
设计W基和WC基金属结合剂配方体系并进行相同工艺条件下的烧结实验,对两种结合剂的烧结性能进行了对比分析,对烧结体微观结构进行了表征,并对结合剂基质材料对金刚石的包镶情况进行了讨论。结果表明:相同烧结工艺时WC基金属结合剂的烧结性能相对较好,力学指标略高于W基金属结合剂,但W基金属结合剂对金刚石的包镶能力更好,表现为强度损失率更低。SEM电镜表明,由于烧结温度的影响,W基金属结合剂的烧结质量相对较差,烧结体内空隙较多。另外,烧结体内基质材料对金刚石的把持以机械包镶为主,但由于W是一种强碳化物形成元素,因此该结合剂烧结体内金属基质材料在金刚石颗粒表面有一定的粘覆,从而提高了把持力。
In this paper,the formula systems of W and WC based metal bond were designed and the bonds were sintered on the same sintering condition. The sintering properties of the two bonds were compared,the microstructure of the sintered matrix was characterized,and the diamond holding strength of two bonds was discussed. Results show that the sintering properties of the WC based metal bond is better than and the mechanical properties are superior to that of the W based metal bond,but the diamond holding strength of the W based bond is better and the rate of strength loss is lower. The SEM pictures show that subject to the sintering temperature the sintering quality of the W based bond is worse and more voids appear in the matrix. Meanwhile,because W is a strong carbide forming elements,so the matrix materials could adhere to the diamond surface in the sintered sample,and the diamond holding strength is enhanced.
