金刚石带锯机机架的模态和谐响应分析

摘要 利用Solid Works软件建立金刚石带锯机机架的三维建模,通过Solid Works与workbench之间的无缝连接,将三维模型导入workbench中,对机架进行模态分析和谐响应分析,比较不同条件下的共振频率以及振型,找出影响共振频率的主要因素,以实际使用的参数作为依据和约束,为带锯机的设计提供理论依据,尽量避开电机振源的共振频率。 This paper established 3 D modeling of diamond band sawing machine frame by using the Solidworks software. Because of the seamless connection between Solidworks and workbench,the 3 D model is imported into workbench. By the modal and harmonic response analysis of frame,the resonant frequencies and mode shapes under different conditions are compared,and find out the main factors that affect the resonance frequency. Using the actual parameters as the basis and constraints,it can provide the theoretical foundation for sawing machine design to avoid the resonance frequency of motor vibration source.
