祛瘀生新针法治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Manipulation of Removing Blood Stasis for Promoting Regeneration in the Treatment of Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察祛瘀生新针刺法治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合纳入标准的动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者按照随机方法分为两组,在常规基础治疗与口服中药的基础上,治疗组予以祛瘀生新针法进行治疗,普通针刺组予以传统针刺治疗,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,3个疗程后分别观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分(CSS得分)、Barthel指数、NIHSS评分以及治疗前后VEGF、BDNF的水平变化。结果:两种刺激手段均能提升VEGF、BDNF水平,降低神经功能缺损积分(CSS得分)、NIHSS评分、提升Barthel指数(P<0.01、P<0.05),但祛瘀生新针法组优于普通针刺组。治疗组显愈率65.0%(26/40),对照组显愈率42.5%(17/40)。结论:祛瘀生新针法能有效降低脑血管病危险因素,恢复动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者神经功能,最终改善患者生存质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of tlie acupuncture manipulation of blood ting regeneration on atlierosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods： 80 patients were randomly dividecontrol group（n =40） and the observation group（ n =40） . Conventional basic treatment, oral Chinese medi-cation ,and acupuncture were applied to the botii groups; the control group was given manipulation ; however,the observation group was given acupuncture manipulation of removing blood stasis for promoting regeneration. The treatment was once per day for tiiree courses! 10 times as a course） . The level of VEGF,BDNF,and Bartiiel index, scores of NIHSS and CSS,and the clinical effect were evaluated beforeand after the treatment in the two groups. Results ： The levels of VEGF,BDNF and Bartiiel index were all in-creased, and scores of NIHSS and CSS were decreased after the treatment in the botii groups（P 〈0. 0 5, P 〈0.01）,and the observation group was superior to the control group. The obvious curative rate was 65. 0%（26/40） in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 42. 5 % （17/40 ） in the contro（P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ： The acupuncture manipulation of removing blood stasis for promoting regenerationcan effectively control the risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases,recover the neurological function of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,and improve their life quality.
