输气管道能源管理体系的建立与运行

Establishment and Operation of Energy Management System for Nature Gas Pipeline

能源管理贯穿输气管道运行的能源利用与节能过程,是降低生产过程的能耗总量,提高管道运行的经济效益的有效手段。以陕京输气管道为例,设计出符合输气管道实际情况的能源管理体系,简要说明能源管理体系的建立过程、文件组成和运行结果。实践表明,能源管理体系有效地提高了能源利用效率,能源消耗总量和生产单耗分别降低了1.69%和5.72%,能源使用控制良好。

Energy management runs through the energy utilization and energy saving process of nature gas pipelines,which is an effective way to reduce the total energy consumption in the production process and improve the economic benefits of pipeline operation.Taking Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline as an example,this paper designs an energy management system that meets the actual conditions of the oil and gas pipelines,and briefly describes the establishment process,composition and operation results of the energy management system.Practice shows that the energy management system effectively improves the energy efficiency,the total energy consumption and production unit consumption decreased by 1.69% and 5.72%,respectively,energy control well.
