摘要
在油田各项成本高居不下的背景下,为了更好完成产量任务降低能耗指标,通过深挖企业内部潜力,利用对标管理、定额管控等手段,从控制水电气消耗入手,通过技术应用、管理提升、创新创效开展创建节约型采油矿的实践探索。完善对标实践库,确立了对标体系内容,分析了改善指标的途径和方法,通过对井实施能效对标管理,有效的提高了目标抽油机井的系统效率10.29%,为创建节约型采油矿提供了系统解决能耗偏高的有利手段。
In the background of the cost of oil remaining high in,in order to complete the production task to reduce the energy consumption index,by digging the potential of the enterprise,the use of standard management,quota control and other means,the water consumption of electrical control,through the use of technology,management,innovation and benefit to carry out the practice of building economical oil and mining exploration.Improve the benchmarking practice base,establish benchmarking system,analysis methods to improve the index,through the implementation of energy efficiency benchmarking of wells,effectively improve the system efficiency of pumping wells by 10.29%,which providing favorable means to create a conservation oriented production mine to solve the high energy consumption.
