Analysis and Formulation of Energy Consumption Index of Distribution System in Xinjiang Oilfield

为实现油田配电系统经济运行,加强配电系统日常管理,根据新疆油田配电网系统运行实际情况,按照配电系统及其基础耗能单元架构,分析目前配电系统能耗指标存在的问题及影响能耗指标的关键因素,结合国家标准规范建立、制定了针对新疆油田配电系统能耗指标体系建设的方法。该体系共分为3个层次,包括1个一级能耗指标,2个二级能耗指标和1个三级能耗指标。能耗指标的制定为控制配电系统能耗、设备的运行管理提供了一定依据。

In order to realize the economic operation of the distribution system of oil field,strengthen the daily management of the distribution system, according to the actual operation situation of Xinjiang oilfield distribution network system, distribution system and its basic energy unit structure, the analysis of key factors of the energy consumption index of distribution system problems and the effect of energy consumption index is conducted. According to the national standard, we formulated construction method of distribution system energy consumption index in Xinjiang oilfield. The system is divided into 3 levels, including 1 first-level energy consumption index,2 two-level energy consumption indexes and 1 Three-level energy consumption index. The formulation of energy consumption index provides a certain basis for controlling the energy consumption of the distribution system and the operation and management of the equipment.
