在共享经济和全球制造的浪潮下,服装企业间的竞争已逐渐演变为服装供应链间的竞争。而库存管理是服装供应链管理的重要组成部分。基于此,本文将基于JMI管理模式来研究随机需求下由制造商、销售商所组成的二级服装供应链库存问题,并通过实例分析其有效性。

Under the wave of shared economy and global manufacturing, competition among garment enterprises has gradually evolved into competition between garment supply chains. Inventory management is an important component of garment supply chain management. Based on this, this paper studies the inventory problem of two-level garment supply chain composed of manufacturers and sellers under stochastic demand based on JMI management mode, and analyzes its effectiveness through an example.
