摘要
褐藻岩藻多糖是一种主要由岩藻糖和硫酸基团组成的水溶性杂多糖,褐藻岩藻多糖在食品、保健品和制药等领域有着广泛的应用,其结构组成、分子量以及硫酸基团都会对生物活性产生一定的影响.通过对褐藻岩藻多糖结构、抗氧化活性、抗肿瘤活性、抗病毒活性以及抗凝血活性等展开综述,为褐藻岩藻多糖的进一步研究开发提供参考.
Fucoidan is a mainly composed of fucose and sulfate, water-soluble polysaccharide, and widely used in the fields of food＇ health care products and pharmaceutical etc. The biologicalactivity depends on the structure, molecular weight and the sulfuric acid groups. Fucoidan polysaccharide structure, antioxidant activity, antitumor activity, anticoagulant activity and hypolipidemic activity are reviewed in this paper to provide a reference for further research and development of fucoidan polysaccharide.
