摘要
《中华人民共和国招标投标法》以下简称《招标投标法》自2000年1月1日起施行。《招标投标法》是社会主义市场经济法律体系中非常重要的一部法律,是整个招标投标领域的基本法。《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》以下简称《实施条例》作为《招标投标法》的补充,也于2012年2月1日起施行。《招标投标法》自诞生以来对规范招标投标活动及推动建设市场的发展起到了重要作用。但随着招标投标活动日趋普及,在当前的新技术及新形势下,社会各界对招标投标工作提出了更高的要求。在这种情况下,对于《招标投标法》的修订和完善已经迫在眉睫。
