探究PC模式下的采购管理方式

近年来,PC项目模式作为工程建设项目开展组织的方式之一,越来越多地被建设方所采用。但由于业主对设计与采购施工的单独发包,使得采购作为设计与施工的中间环节承担各种风险。本文以华北石化炼油质量升级项目为例,总结PC项目模式采购工作特征,并对采购工作中面临的问题从业主、设计、PC承包方三方面给予控制对策,解决业主、设计、采购三方管理脱节问题,发挥PC项目模式优势。
