摘要
行为经济学相关方面的研究已成为经济学领域一个重要的发展方向与研究热点。本文运用文献资料法,结合行为经济学相关理论,剖析在当前房地产宏观政策下,行为经济学的经济人在房地产住宅市场消费过程中的行为特征,找出推动经济人在住宅消费过程中行为特征的根本因素,并对房地产住宅开发经营者在营销环节的策略制定提出相关建议。
