经济发展新常态是以习近平同志为核心的党中央对我国经济进入新阶段而作出的重大判断。从发展过程看,经济发展新常态是阶段性变化,而不是周期性现象。在经济新常态下,发展作为第一要务没有变,而发展环境与发展方式发生了变化。面对经济新常态,供给侧结构性改革是破解我国经济深层次矛盾与问题、增强适应性发展的有效之道。创新是推动我国经济实现引领性发展的根本动力。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core defines the new stage that China's economy enters as the New Normal of Economic Development. By studying the related discussion in Xi Jinping: The Governance of China Volume 2, we will better understand the questions such as how to perceive the New Normal and how to work in the New Normal. What I gain from the study is that the Economic New Normal should be recognized as a process of economic development and a gradational change rather than a periodical phenomenon. In the Economic New Normal, development remains the first priority, and there are changes in the environment and the development pattern. Being faced with the Economic New Normal, supply-side structural reform is vital to dealing with the deep-rooted contradictions and problems in our country's economy and strengthening adaptive development. Innovation is essential to realizing the leading-style development of our country's economy.
