摘要
城镇化是现代化的必由之路。随迁农民工子女与城市儿童相比,由于在文化上、语言上、经济上和社会上的差异,导致资本不足,因而在课堂场域绝大多数时候处于"失语"的窘境。农民工子女在融入城市学校过程中存在的冲突类型有三:课堂学习的矛盾冲突,城乡背景差异的交际冲突和不同时空下的身份认同冲突。加强文化融入教育,开展共同的集体活动,拓展社区的牵引作用是化解冲突、走向融合的有效途径。
Urbanization is the only road to modernization.Compared with the children in urban area,the children of migrant workers are in the predicament of"aphasia"in the classroom field at most of the time because of inadequate capitalization caused by their disadvantage in culture,language,economy and society.The children of migrant workers encounter three types of conflicts in the process of integrating into the urban schools:the conflicts in classroom learning,in communication against the backdrop of urban and rural differences,and in self-identity in various time and space.To resolve these conflicts and to achieve integration,it is effective to strengthen the integration of culture into education,to carry out common collective activities,and to develop the traction role of community.
