Exploration on the Ways of Experimental-Technician Team Construction under the "Double Top" Background

"双一流"建设,对高校实验技术队伍提出了新的要求。高校作为管理者,应充分考虑如何引人、如何培人、如何用人,通过改革创新一系列的管理制度和政策来调动这支队伍,使其更好地发挥作用。而实验技术人员应加强业务技能学习、拓宽业务开展渠道、加大服务范围,为"双一流"建设做出应有的贡献。

＂Double top＂ construction puts forward a new require-ment for the experimental-technician team. As the administratorof the university, they should give much more consideration forhow to bring in talents, how to develop talents, how to employ tal-ents.A series of management systems and policies should beused for the innovation, which may carry out better work. As forthe experimental-technician team, they should strengthen the a-bility of acquiring skills, the ability of broadening their work andwidening the scope of technical service. The experimental-tech-nician team should work with the purpose of making due contri-bution to ＂double top＂ construction.
