摘要
在教育教学工作中,班主任肩负的使命既光荣又神圣,班主任不仅是一名好老师,学生的良师益友,而且应该关心学生的全面发展,加强每一个学生的素质教育,真正成为学生健康成长的引路人。引导学生在德、智、体、美、劳诸方面得到全面而充分的发展。作为班主任不能只关心自己教的这门课,还要引导学生学好每门课,牢固把握各科知识。班主任要给全体学生以真诚的爱,要端平一碗感情的水,这是提高学生素质的前提条件。
In education and teaching work, asa teacher andfriend of students, head teachers shoulder glorious and sacredmissions, concerning students' comprehensive development. Theyshould enhance quality education and truly becomea leader forstudents' healthy and comprehensive growth in all around devel-opment of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labor edu-cation. In addition to his own course, a head teacher should alsoguide students to learn every course well. Head teachers shouldgive all students sincere and equal love, which is a preconditionto improve the quality of students.
