在教育教学工作中,班主任肩负的使命既光荣又神圣,班主任不仅是一名好老师,学生的良师益友,而且应该关心学生的全面发展,加强每一个学生的素质教育,真正成为学生健康成长的引路人。引导学生在德、智、体、美、劳诸方面得到全面而充分的发展。作为班主任不能只关心自己教的这门课,还要引导学生学好每门课,牢固把握各科知识。班主任要给全体学生以真诚的爱,要端平一碗感情的水,这是提高学生素质的前提条件。

Theyshould enhance quality education and truly becomea leader forstudents＇ healthy and comprehensive growth in all around devel-opment of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labor edu-cation. In addition to his own course, a head teacher should alsoguide students to learn every course well. Head teachers shouldgive all students sincere and equal love, which is a preconditionto improve the quality of students.
