药学本科苯巴比妥综合性实验的实践探索

为培养学员实验的自主探究能力及更好地掌握综合性化学实验操作技能,围绕苯巴比妥的合成、精制、结构确证和含量测定,开展了针对药学专业二年级本科生的综合设计性实验。实验以小组为单位进行,实验前学员查阅相关资料,设计实验方案,进行开题报告,教员指导完善方案。小组完成实验后,对实验结果进行分析,得出结论,最后进行总结和讨论。

In order to cultivate students＇ self-exploration ability inexperiment, and master comprehensive chemical experiment op-eration skills better, a comprehensive design experiment aroundthe synthesis, refining, structure confirmation and content deter-mination of phenobarbital were carried out for the second yearundergraduate of pharmacy. The experiment was carried out bythe group. Before the experiment, the trainees checked the rele-vant information, designed the experiment plan, conducted theopening report, and instructed the teacher to improve the plan.After the team completed the experiment, the experimental re-sults were analyzed, the conclusion was concluded and the finaldiscussion was conducted.
