高职“护理学基础”课程思政教改方法初探

A Tentative Exploration on the Methods of Ideological and Political Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational "Fundamental Nursing" Course

随着"十九大"的召开和现代医学模式的转变,国家和社会对医疗工作者的整体素质尤其是职业素养提出了更高的要求。"护理学基础"作为护理专业的专业基础课程,对护生后续课程的学习及今后临床工作有着至关重要的影响,也为护生养成护理职业素养、专业价值观奠定了基础,因此"护理学基础"思政教学改革也是形势所趋。当前高职医学院校学生护理职业素养不足,改善这一状况需要将课程与思政育人相结合、提高教师职业素养、加强教学方法与内容的改革等。

With the convening of ＂the 19th National Congress ofthe Communist Party of China＂ and the change of modern medi-cal mode, the state and society have put forward higher demandson the overall quality of medical workers, especially on profes-sional quality. As the basic course of nursing specialty, ＂Funda-mental Nursing＂ hasa vital influence on the follow-up coursesand clinical work in the future; it also laysa foundation for nurs-ing students to cultivate the professional quality and value, so theideological and political teaching reform is also the form. At pre-sent, higher vocational college students＇ nursing professional ac-complishment is insufficient, and the improvement of this situa-tion needs to combine the curriculum with the ideological andpolitical education, improve the teachers＇ professional quality,and strengthen the reform of teaching methods and contents.
