摘要
随着高等教育大众化的进程不断深入,非学历继续教育培训面临着重大的历史机遇,同时由于多种原因影响,所面临的挑战也不容忽视。如何大力拓展高校非学历继续教育工作、为建设学习型社会添砖加瓦,在新时期有着深刻的现实意义。本文依据市场经济发展对人才建设的需求,结合非学历继续教育的现状、存在问题及规律特点,从品牌战略角度来探索我国非学历继续教育转型发展之路。
With the deepening of the popularization of higher ed-ucation, non-degree continuing education and training is facingmajor historic opportunities. Due to various reasons, the chal-lenges we face should not be overlooked. To vigorously expandnon-degree continuing education in colleges and universities andbuild a learning-oriented society hasa profound practical signifi-cance in the new era. In accordance with the demand for talentconstruction in the market economy development, combined withthe status quo, problems and characteristics of non-degree con-tinuing education, this paper explores the road of the transforma-tion and development of non-degree continuing education in ourcountry from the perspective of brand strategy.
