摘要
对我中学高一学生进行筛选,选出人际关系适应方面存在不足的24名同学,并分成同质的咨询组、对照组各12人,对咨询组进行为期8周的人际关系团体辅导。通过一系列的单元,比如信任之旅、接纳自我、合理情绪辩论等等,阐述了团体咨询对人际关系心理障碍所起的独特功能与方法。最终结果表明,咨询组和对照组在最终的结果分析上存在显著差异,团体辅导是矫正中学生人际交往障碍、提高社交能力的有效途径和手段,在普遍心理教师资源不足的情况下,值得推广。
Senior One students of our school was screened and 24of them with shortcomings in interpersonal adaptation were se-lected. The students were divided into the counseling group andthe control group with 12 students for each group, and an 8-weekinterpersonal group counseling was carried out on the counselinggroup. Througha series of modules, such as the journey of trust,self-acceptance, rational emotional debates, etc., this paper ex-pounds the unique function and method of group counseling onthe psychological disorder of interpersonal relationship. The finalresults show that there isa significant difference in the final resultbetween the counseling group and the control group. Groupcounseling is an effective way and means to correct the obstaclesof secondary school students' interpersonal communication andimprove their social skills. It is worth to be popularized whenpsychology teachers generally lack resources.
