大学生生命态度调查及高校生命教育研究——基于积极心理学视角的分析

A Study on the Life Attitude of University Students and Life Education in Universities——From the Perspective of Positive Psychology

采用问卷的方式,运用《生命态度量表》对大学生生命态度进行调查,以便更为全面客观地了解学生接受生命教育的情况。多数大学生接受过广义的生命教育,生命态度较为积极,但对大学生整体的生命教育还有所欠缺,高校应强化对大学生的生命教育意识,在积极心理学理念指引下,帮助学生形成健康的生命态度。

By means of questionnaire,using＂Life Attitude Scale（LAS）＂,the study conducts a survey of the life attitude of university students and intends to find out the situation of students＇ receiving life education.The result shows that university students generally have a positive life attitude,there is a significant difference between them,and most students have received generalized life education.However,life education of university students as a whole is inadequate and universities are expected to strengthen it to help students establish a healthy life attitude with the guidance of the concept of positive psychology.
