六味地黄汤辨证加减治疗老年性阴道炎70例

The Clinical Study of 70 Cases of Senile Vaginitis Treated with the Syndrome Differentiation of Liuweidihuang Decoction

目的:研究探讨老年性阴道炎采用六味地黄汤辨证加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选取阳江市中医医院2013年10月至2016年10月收治的70例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者采用传统阴道放药进行治疗,观察组患者口服六味地黄汤辨证加减进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率为82.85%,观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用六味地黄汤辨证加减对老年性阴道炎患者进行治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,临床上具有较高使用价值。

Methods Seventy patients with senile vaginitis admitted from October 2013 to October 2016 in Yangjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional vaginal discharge. The patients in the observation group were treated with oral administration of Liuweidihuang decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 82.85%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%. There was signifi cant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Liuweidihuang Decoction syndrome differentiation and treatment of senile vaginitis patients can achieve better therapeutic effect, clinically high value.
