腹针联合耳穴压豆对室性期前收缩300例的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Abdominal Acupuncture plus Ear Point Pressing Bean on Ventricular Contraction in 300 Cases

目的:观察腹针联合耳穴压豆对治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年5月在阳江市中医医院就诊的300例符合室性期前收缩诊断标准患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组150例。对照组采用腹针疗法,观察组采用腹针联合耳穴压豆疗法,比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率和不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生不良反应的人数比对照组少。结论:采用腹针联合耳穴压豆对于治疗室性期前收缩有着良好的临床效果,治疗总有效率高,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint on the treatment of ventricular premature beats. Methods 300 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were selected from February 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases per group. In the control group, abdominal acupuncture was used to observe the total effective and adverse reaction of the two groups in the treatment of ventricular premature beats. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically signifi cant（P 0.05）. The number of adverse reactions observed in the observation group less than the control group. Conclusion The use of abdominal acupuncture combined with auricular acupoints has a good clinical effect on the treatment of ventricular premature beats, and the treatment is effective and has a small adverse reaction and is worth clinical promotion.
