呼吸机管路内细菌污染与呼吸机相关性肺炎的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究呼吸机管路内细菌污染与呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的相关性。方法:选取广州市白云区第一人民医院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的120例Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象。进行机械通气后在不同时段对下呼吸道分泌物、湿化罐、进气口和出气口冷凝水集水杯、螺纹管呼气接口内壁标本进行细菌培养,观察不同部位细菌的生长情况,以及与机械通气时间的关系,呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率等。结果:随着呼吸机使用时间的延长,湿化罐、进气口冷凝水集水杯、出气口冷凝水集水杯和螺纹管呼气端接口内壁的细菌逐渐增多,与时间增长呈正相关;随着机械通气时间的延长,VAP的发生率随之增高。结论:呼吸机管路细菌污染、机械通气时间与VAP的发生具有相关性,应对呼吸机管路进行定期的清洗、更换。
