Application of Humanized Nursing in Operating Room Nursing

目的:探讨人性化护理在手术室护理工作中应用的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年6月在遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院手术室手术治疗的213例患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组105例,观察组108例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展人性化护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度,并观察两组患者的术前睡眠质量、围术期血压、切口愈合以及并发症发生情况。结果:(1)住院期间,观察组的护理总满意度为98.15%,对照组为84.76%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经人性化护理后,观察组术前有效睡眠率、切口愈合率均明显高于对照组;观察组的心率增加率、术前血压增高率以及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理模式在在手术室护理工作中,可以有效提高患者的术后恢复情况,保证护理质量与护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing care in operating room nursing job application. MethodsFrom January 2015 and June 2015 in our hospital during the period of the operating room of surgical treatment of 213 patients as research object, its randomly divided into control group 105 cases and observation group 108 cases, given control group routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care to carry out the humane care, compared two groups patients satisfaction with nursing care, and watch the 2 groups of patients with preoperative sleep quality, perioperative blood pressure, incision healing and complications. Results（1） during the period of hospitalization, observation group of nursing overall satisfaction was 98.15%, the total satisfaction of 84.76% in the control group, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance,（P 0.05）.（2） after the humanized nursing, observation group of preoperative sleep rate effectively, incision healing rate is 90.74%, 87.03% respectively, were significantly higher than that of control group（69.52%, 54.28%）, has statistically significant,（P 0.05）; Observation group＇s heart rate increase rate, preoperative blood pressure increase rate and complication rates were 14.81%, 22.22% and 14.81% respectively, were significantly lower than the control group（24.76%, 46.66% and 22.85%）, statistically significant,（P 0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing model in the operating room care work, can effectively improve the patient＇s postoperative recovery, to ensure the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
