摘要
该文首先介绍了冲击回波法在国内工程检测中的发展现状、基本原理及检测方法,并重点介绍了冲击回波在水电站工程压力管道钢衬脱空检测中的应用。对比分析灌前脱空与灌后密实情况下冲击回波法振幅能量、频率及波形振荡时间的相互关系,总结出了这些参数与脱空的规律。经钻孔验证,说明效果良好。最后文章提出了冲击回波检测在方法上需要优化与完善的地方。
This paper firstly introduced the development status,basic principle and detection method of impact-echo method in engineering detection at home. And it mainly introduces the impact-echo method which is used in the detection of steel lining void of pressure pipeline in hydropower station project. The interrelation between the amplitude energy,frequency and the waveoscillation time under the condiction of void before perfusion,and dense after perfusion is compared and analysed. The laws between these parameters and void are summaried. Verified by the drilling,the effect is good. In the end,this paper proposes the problems which need to be optimized and perfected.
