摘要
为有效衡量科室的运营管理绩效,了解各科室各岗位的职责履行情况,以期全面提高医院运营管理水平,提升医疗质量和管理效能,促进医院内涵建设,实现医院可持续科学发展。本院根据自身实际情况,构建一套绩效考评评价体系,建立一系列绩效管理信息系统,并通过近年来的运行与实践,探讨一套符合军队医院体制要求的绩效管理模式。
To effectively evaluate the performance of operation and management of different departments,learn the fulfillment of responsibilities of each position in each department,promote the level of hospital management and administration,improve medical quality and management efficiency,stimulate the connotation construction of the hospital,and realize the sustainable and scientific development of the hospital,based on the actual situation of the hospital,a performance evaluation system was established,along with a series of information systems of performance management. Through the operation and practice in recent years,a set of performance management model was explored,which conforms to the requirements of the system of military hospitals.
