Review and Analysis of the Current Situation of Post Training for Medical Hyperbaric Oxygen

回顾医用高压氧岗位培训中心成立的背景及历史演变,总结概括医用高压氧岗位培训的现状及存在的问题,并结合培训经验,提出建立统一的培训机构,采用统一的培训模式、培训内容及培训教材,促使医用高压氧岗位培训逐步走向规范化;建立实训基地,紧贴临床实践,加强实践教学环节;注重知识更新,引入先进的教学理念及教学手段等三项举措,以提高医用高压氧岗位培训的教学效果,提升培训质量与水平。

This paper reviews the background of the establishment and historical evolution of the medical hyperbaric oxygen post training center,summarizes the current situation and problems of medical hyperbaric oxygen post training,and puts forward three measures by considering the training experience in recent years,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness and the quality and level of training. The first measure is that a unified training organization should be established,using unified training model,training content and training materials,in order to gradually standardize the medical hyperbaric oxygen post training. The second is that a training base should be constructed and the practice teaching link be strengthened. The third is that we should regularly update our knowledge and introduce advanced teaching philosophy and approaches.
