摘要 目的对增强型体外反搏治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的效果进行探讨分析。方法选取我院2015年4月至2016年11月接收的84例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为治疗对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,42例对照组患者采用常规治疗,42例治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用增强型体外反搏治疗。结果治疗前与治疗后相比对照组与治疗组CTGF、EDF水平均有所下降(P<0.05),组间比较具有显著差异性;治疗组治疗后CTGF、EDF水平与对照组相比显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较具有显著差异性。结论增强型体外反搏治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭具有很好的治疗效果,能明显改善患者的临床指标和生化指标,达到改善患者心功能状态的目的。 Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 42 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and those in the treatment group were given enhanced external counterpulsation in addition to the conventional treatment. Results Both groups had significant reductions in the levels of connective tissue growth factor and end-diastolic flow after treatment (P〈0.05), and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure and can significantly improve patients' clinical indices, biochemical parameters, and cardiac function.
